- Download the customer information sheet: Customer Info Form
- Fill out this form and fax or mail to us, along with a copy of your business resale license.
- Once your business is approved, you will receive a catalog and price sheet.
- A home based retail business must have a fully established display area and customer access.
- The home based business must provide: (1) Photograph of store interior/exterior with signage; (2) Copy of most recent sales tax return.
I haven’t started this one yet, but soon. It looks like it will be fun. I hope to find a jungle themed backing for it. Baby is due in March.
I have always been completely happy with my orders. This is probably the tenth or eleventh crib quilt I have done. I have always used my own embroidery thread and bought what I needed locally, but this time I should have bought the bundle provided with the quilt. There is a lot of embroidering on this one and it would have been a better deal cost wise. I will remember to check that next time.
